SEO Services for Construction Companies in London
Commercial construction work rarely comes from someone typing construction company London. It comes from project-specific searches, from verification after a referral, and from procurement teams assembling a tender list. Your site's job is to survive that scrutiny.

How your customers search
What search looks like in your sector
Clients search by project type and scale: office fit out, basement excavation, listed building refurbishment, data centre work. Each is a different buyer with a different budget and a different risk appetite.
A good share of your traffic is verification. Someone has your name and is checking completed projects, accreditations and whether you have done work at their size before.
Searches we would go after for you
- office fit out contractors London
- groundworks contractor London
- listed building refurbishment London
- principal contractor London
Examples, not a finished list. The real one comes out of your site, your margins and what your competitors already hold.
The work
What we actually do
Every engagement starts with an audit, so this list gets reordered once we have seen your site. Nothing here is theoretical.
- 01
Project type and sector pages
One per discipline and sector, with the detail a client needs to decide you are the right size of firm.
- 02
Case studies built for procurement
Scope, value band, timescale, challenges and photography, structured so a buyer can assess relevance quickly.
- 03
Capability and accreditation pages
Schemes, insurance levels and capacity, with details consistent across your scheme listings.
- 04
Tender and framework content
Pages aimed at the people building bid lists rather than at end clients.
- 05
Image and speed work
Compression, structure and loading, which on construction sites is usually the single biggest technical gain.
Before you start
What the results page looks like today
The strongest page in this market runs sixteen sections, two FAQ blocks and published price bands. It is a high bar. Where it leaves room is on how procurement actually verifies a contractor, which is a different question from how a homeowner picks a builder.
We would rather tell you which positions are realistic now than sell you a target we both know is years away.

FAQs
Construction Companies SEO: common questions
If yours is not answered here, email us and we will reply properly.
What makes construction SEO different?
The buyer is often verifying rather than discovering, and the content that matters is proof: projects at their scale, accreditations they can check, capacity to take the job. That is a different build from a consumer site.
Can SEO help us get onto tender lists?
It helps you survive the check that happens before and after. We have seen agencies claim estimators routinely search contractors before shortlisting, and we have not found independent evidence for that specific claim, so we would not sell it to you as fact. What is verifiable is that buyers can and do look you up, and a weak site costs you.
Do you work with subcontractors selling to main contractors?
Yes, and it is a different content set: capability statements, accreditations, capacity and compliance rather than design inspiration.
Our site is outdated. New site first?
Not always. We audit first and tell you honestly whether fixing the current site is better value. Sometimes it is, and a rebuild is money you did not need to spend yet.
How long before it produces work?
Four to eight months for meaningful movement, and the first sign is usually better quality enquiries rather than more of them.
