SEO Services for Clinics in London
Clinic SEO is an architecture problem more than a writing problem. Once you have more than one site, your own pages start competing, and the treatments you most want to promote are often the ones you are least allowed to name.

How your customers search
What search looks like in your sector
Most clinic searches are treatment plus area, made on a phone, within a short travel radius. Google shows three map results and most people never scroll past them.
Price and availability come up constantly. Clinics that publish both convert better even when they are not the cheapest, because the alternative is a phone call the patient does not want to make yet.
Prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the UK public, and claims about regulatory registration must match what is actually registered. We check both before anything goes live.
Searches we would go after for you
- [treatment] clinic near me
- aesthetic clinic [area] London
- walk in clinic London
- [treatment] price London
Examples, not a finished list. The real one comes out of your site, your margins and what your competitors already hold.
The work
What we actually do
Every engagement starts with an audit, so this list gets reordered once we have seen your site. Nothing here is theoretical.
- 01
Location architecture
Deciding what sits on the group site and what sits on each clinic page, so they stop competing.
- 02
Treatment pages
One per treatment, written to be findable without naming medicines that cannot be advertised.
- 03
Business Profile per site
Correct category, services, photos and hours for every clinic address you operate.
- 04
Trust content
Clinician registration, facility details and genuine credentials presented clearly and accurately.
- 05
Review flow
A routine your front desk can actually run, kept inside Google's rules.
Before you start
What the results page looks like today
The clinic results overlap heavily with general healthcare, and the same agencies appear for both. What almost none of them address is the problem specific to clinic groups: several sites competing with each other for the same treatment searches, and the advertising rules around prescription-only aesthetic treatments.
We would rather tell you which positions are realistic now than sell you a target we both know is years away.

FAQs
Clinics SEO: common questions
If yours is not answered here, email us and we will reply properly.
Can we advertise Botox on our website?
Not by name. Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine and UK rules prohibit advertising it to the public. Pages can describe the treatment and the outcome, and that is how compliant clinics rank. Any agency promising you rankings for the brand name is proposing something that could get you in trouble.
How do we stop our clinics competing with each other?
By giving each location page genuinely different content and deciding deliberately which page targets which search. Duplicated location pages are the most common reason a clinic group plateaus.
Does every site need its own Google Business Profile?
Yes, one per physical location where you see patients, each with its own hours, services and photos.
Should treatment pages or location pages rank?
Treatment pages for people researching, location pages for people ready to book nearby. Both, but they should not be fighting over the same search.
Can we say we are CQC registered?
Only for the activities that actually are. Several non-surgical cosmetic treatments sit outside CQC registration, so a blanket claim would be misleading. We set it out accurately, which also reads as more trustworthy.
